MARC DUNHAM - CHEF AND OWNER
Marc grew up in New Braunfels, TX and what was then a sleepy little Hispanic and German town eating and being formed by food and the people that he loved. It wasn’t until later in life that he realized how much this experience helps define who he is as a cook and a person. Marc cooks, eats, studies, reads about the foods of South Texas and Mexico on a daily basis, because it is the food and culture of his childhood and a driving force in his life today. Karrie’s resided in Oklahoma City for over a decade and has adopted the city as her own. When she isn’t working, you can find her at a concert or hopping around town enjoying the burgeoning OKC bar and restaurant scene.
